摘　　要： 针对我国加入WTO后,民营企业如何在坚守国内市场的同时不断拓展海外市场的问题,提出了我国民营企业国际化经营的主要方式,并就如何选择国际化经营方式给出了比较和选择的原则。 In the light of the problem of how the private enterprise to hold its ground in the domestic market and compete in the international market at the same time after China's WTO entry, this paper puts forward the main modes for our country's private enterprise to make international operation, and gives some principles of the comparison and selection for the selection of the modes of international operation.
