摘　　要： 为了应对东南亚经济危机的影响,近几年来我国实施了积极的财政政策加大对公路建设的投资以拉动国民经济增长,但是关于公路建设投资对国民经济拉动作用的研究很不到位,公路建设拉动国民经济的基本理论仍不成熟.本文正是基于这样的基础,在分析了公路建设投资与国民经济增长的关系后讨论了公路建设投资对国民经济拉动影响的分类以及基本理论,为以后深入研究公路建设投资对国民经济增长拉动影响奠定一定的基础. In order to answer the effect of the economy crisis of Southeast Asia, our country carries out positive financial policy on the investment of highway construction to bring along the increasing of gross economy. But the research about highway construction investment dragging gross economy is not mature. On this basic, this paper analysis the relation of highway construction investment and gross economy and basic theory and establishes the foundation on the embedded research of highway construction investment dragging gross economy.
