摘　　要： 省级教育学院属于成人高等师范本科院校 ,办学的方向是服务普通基础教育 ,基本任务是培训在职教师和教育管理干部。发展定位应是立足根本。新的世纪对教育学院来说是挑战多于机遇。要适应教育改革与发展的需要 ,必须对自身和条件有确切认识。转变观念 ,重心转移 ;改革体制 ,削枝强干 ;改善软”“硬”环境 ,确保规模质量 ,效益与特色 ;整体规划 ,分步实施 ,重点优先 ,分类推进 。 The College of Education belongs to the normal institutes of higher learning for adults. In the new century,there are more challenges than opportunities for the college of Education,To meet the need of educational reforms and development,we must change our concepts,carry out structural reforms,improve the “software” and “hardware” environments to ensure the scale,quality,economic effects and features. In order to widen the vivosphere,we shoule choose the strategy of making an integrative program,carrying out step by step,giving priority to the focal point and pushing on according to classification.
