摘　　要： 测定 Na OH水溶液中胆红素和胆绿素的 UV-Vis光谱 ,并从分子结构、电子跃迁理论方面探讨其吸收光谱的不同和变化实质 ,在 Na OH水溶液中 ,胆红素极不稳定 ,会逐渐转化为胆绿素。 The UVVis spectra of BR and BV are reported in dilute NaOH aqueous solution and the difference between them is discussed on the molecure structure,electric transtion. It is found that in dilute NaOH aqueous solution BR is instable and changes gradually into BV,Pu etc.
