摘　　要： 研究教学训练主体与客体的关系来研究体育教学与训练的方法。从另一角度看待体育教学训练,产生其方法,研究其理论及机制原理。理论来源于实践,并产生新的理论与认识,再指导我们的教学实践。 To research the related of the students and the teachers in educating,its theory comes from practice and knowledge and it produces a method and research and leads our educating practice,this is the main point of this article.
