摘 要: 主要介绍了番荔枝的分布、经济栽培种类、营养价值、医疗保健作用及在食品工业中的应用现状,阐述了开发前景及需要解决的一些问题和主要措施。 The paper mainly introduced the distribution, economic cultivated species, the value of nutrition, the health effect and the present situation of Annona squamosa application in food industry. It also illustrates the prospect of development and the problems to be solved by certain measures as well the main methods.
