摘 要: 报道了Yb:YAG晶体的蓝光激光输出。在InGaAs激光二极管的泵浦下,掺杂浓度为6%的Yb:YAG晶体,得到485nm的蓝光激光输出。激光腔为平凹腔,腔长39mm。在1W功率泵浦下,输出功率38.5μW,光束发散角为10mrad,阈值为410mW。激光输出峰值波长为485.81nm,半宽度为1.1nm,其它还有几个次峰位于471.90nm、494.63nm、460.23nm和480.38nm。分析了激光产生的机理,认为是Yb3+对的合作吸收和发射,或是Yb3+与Tm3+的合作上转换发光。 The blue laser output of Yb:YAG crystal was reported. The cavity length of plane concave cavity was 39 mm. The blue laser of Yb:YAG with 6at.-% doped by 910 nm diode laser end pumping was obtained. The output power were 38.5 μW at pumping power 1 W and beam angle of divergence were 10 mrad, and threshold were 410 mW. Wavelength of laser peak were 485.81 nm and half width were 1.1 nm. Another laser output position were 471.90 nm, 494.63 nm, 460.23 nm and 480.38 nm. The mechanism of visible laser were analyzed. It is cooperative absorption and emission of ion pairs, or emission of energy up-conversion due to cooperative energy transfer of Yb ion with Tm ion.
