摘 要: 以自制的苯甲酰腙与乙酸酐环合,高收率地合成了3N乙酰基2芳基5苯基1,3,4噁唑啉类化合物。其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征,并对其质谱碎片裂解途径进行了探讨。 N-acetyl-2-aryl-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoline was synthesized with good yield by cyclization of acetic anhydide with benzoyl hydrazones which were prepared through condensation of benzoyl hydrazine with benzaldehyde, halogeno-benzaldehydes, furaldehyde and acetylbenzene. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The fragmentation mechanism of MS spectra were discussed.
