摘 要: 通过试验,探索毛白杨仿黑胡桃的染色工艺,结果表明:对0.65mm厚的毛白杨薄木染色,薄木不经漂白处理,添加所研制的渗透剂WX2,可直接染成黑胡桃色,染透仅需60min,染液总浓度不大于0.25‰,并且可以连续利用3次。染色后的毛白杨薄木用于仿黑胡桃重组装饰材的制造。 A simplified working process was tested to dye Chinese white poplar veneers to imitate black walnut wood. The results showed that unbleached Chinese white poplar veneers in thickness of 0.65 mm could be dyed in 60 minutes in the imitative color of black walnut by corresponding dyeing solution with the permeate agent WX2 developed lately. The dyeing solution could be reused twice and its total consistency was only 0.2‰. The treated veneers were macroscopically similar to black walnut and could be used to make reconstituted decorative lumbers imitative of black walnut wood.
