摘 要: 通过深井钻井速度、抗高温钻井液体系、深井固井综合工艺技术在大庆油田所钻14口深井上的现场 试验与应用,形成了一套适合大庆松辽盆地深井特点的钻井完井配套技术,满足了勘探生产需要。在高温硬地层 的深井钻井完井技术上实现深井钻井速度、井身质量、固井质量等三项突破,其中抗高温钻井液体系和抗高温水泥 浆体系取得了突破性进展,深井钻具防失效技术、高陡硬地层防斜技术、不钻胶塞双级注水泥工具、长封井段固井 配套技术得到了进一步的发展和完善。 Through field testing in14 wells in Daqing oilfield from 2000 to 2002, formed a set of drilling & completion matching technology suited for deep well feature in Daqing Songliao basin, it met the need of exploration and development. The deep well drilling and completion technology in high temperature and hard formation can improve ROP, well-bore quality and cementing quality, in which the development of anti - high temperature drilling fluid system and cement slurry system has an important breakthrough. At the same time, the failure control technique of deep well drilling tool, deviation control technique in high steep and hard formation, two - stage cementing tool, and cementing matching technique in long section were further developed and perfected.
