摘　　要： 在分析我国水利信息化建设现状及其与国外差距的基础上,比较系统深入地分析了当前我国水利信息化建设中面临的诸如认识欠缺、公共平台差、市场不规范等难点问题,并提出了信息化工程前期立项、中期建设、后期管理的一些对策和建议. Based on an analysis of the current situation of water conservancy informatization construction (WCIC) in China and the gap between China and foreign countries in WCIC, some problems in WCIC in China were pointed out, such as low awareness towards WCIC, friction in public database, non-effective management of hydrological information market, and so on. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward concerning different phases of the informatization project, including the pre-stage programming, mid-stage construction, and post-stage management.
