摘　　要： 我国图书馆事业的发展一直面临着许多的困难,很多时候我们将这些问题归结于社会环境中的许多客观条件限制,但却有意无意地忽视了真正在更大程度上限制图书馆发展的存在于图书馆内的阻滞因素。本课题研究从一般现象分析入手,缕析出了较具普遍意义的多种阻碍图书馆发展的内部阻滞因素,并初步分析了其现象、产生原因和特点。 The development of chinese librarianship is encountering a series of difficulties,we al- ways think it is due to the objective conditions of social environment,but ignores the interal obstructors of library itself which restricts library development in a great degree.The paper studied some normal phe- nomena to deduce several internal obstructors which blocked library's development,and discussed the reasons and the peculiarity of the phenomena.
