摘　　要： 概述夹具设计中虚拟技术的主要概念及在产品设计中的作用,研究虚拟技术在硬盘测试夹具设计中的应用,分析硬盘测试夹具总体方案的虚拟设计流程,详细介绍硬盘测试夹具虚拟设计中的虚拟概念设计、虚拟装配设计、虚拟样机和产品运动仿真等方面的具体应用。本文所介绍的方法可推广应用到其它产品夹具设计领域中。 In the basic of summarizing the effect of VT applied to mechanical design and the main concept of VT, this paper emphatically presents the main content of virtual technology used in HD testing fixture design.
