摘 要: 基于换热网络模拟技术、换热器单台优选技术以及夹点技术原理对现有换热网络实施瓶颈分析,实现以最小投资和最小工程量完成现有换热网络的改造。特别针对被加热物流在换热过程中出现汽化,形成气阻,压力降增加的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。 Analysis of the bottleneck in HEN based on simulation technology of HEN, optimization technology of single heat exchanger and the principle of pinch technology have been executed to realize the revamping of HEN with minimum investment and engineering quantity. Especially, the countenneasures for vaporization of heated streams, engendering air resistance and pressure drop increasing in heat exchange process have been proposed.
