摘　　要： 从我国经济可持续发展和能源需求侧管理的角度出发,根据国际学术界讨论的热点,提出了在建筑节能领域中值得深入探讨的一些新观念:(1 )从单纯抑制需求发展到提高能效比;(2 )" 终端" 节能优先;(3 )建筑节能与人居环境和地球环境密不可分的关系。从这些观点出发,就我国建筑节能技术的发展战略提出了建议。 Based on the studies of the sustainable development of Chinese economy and energy demond side management, focus which the international academia discusses, this paper brings up some new ideas about building energy saving, these are: From sup- pressing the demand simply to improving the ratio of performance and efficiency; Termi- nal energy-conservation has priority; Building energy-conservation is closely related to living environment and the earth environment. Suggessions to developmental strategy of building energy conservation technology.
