摘 要: 为研究各种换热设备因污垢热阻的存在而造成大量能源浪费的实际运行过程 .在考虑污垢的情况下 ,综合换热管的阻力特性 ,对比分析了分别选用内螺纹管和内壁光滑管的冷凝器的经济性 ,探讨其是否能够提高冷凝器的换热性能从而降低系统能耗 .结果表明 ,选用内螺纹管不一定能够提高冷凝器运行的经济性 ,冷凝器存在临界流速和临界时间 .文中结果为冷凝器的设计和经济运行提供了理论依据和指导 . In order to investigate the actual running process of all kinds of heat exchang ers with great energy waste caused by the fouling resistance, the economy perfor mance of two condensers respectively with rifled tubes and smooth tubes are anal yzed and compared, aiming to determine whether the energy consumption of the sys tem can be decreased by selecting different tubes to improve the heat exchange p erformance of the condenser. The fouling and resistance characteristics of the h eat exchange tube were both taken into account during the analyses. The result s hows that rifled tubes cannot always enhance the economy performance of the cond enser, and there are critical velocity and critical time in the condenser. Thus, a theoretical basis and some references were given to the design and economical operation of the condenser.
