摘 要: 本文以广州市某大厦的水环热泵空调系统为例,对夏热冬暖地区采用水环热泵的初投资和运行能耗进行分析,为设计提供参考。结果表明,与相同制冷量的冷却塔冷却水的集中制冷系统相比,本工程水环热泵主要设备的初投资高0.29万元/冷吨(设备容量),年运行耗电量高11.7万kWh,在夏热冬暖地区使用水环热泵并不利用其节能的优点。开发冷却水处理技术与设备,在保证冷却水水质的前提下,使用开式冷却塔给水源热泵直接供冷冻水,可减少系统的运行能耗。 Under the three basic kinds of different conditions, namely, different climates, different fresh air supply ways, whether distinguishing interior and exterior zones, the statistical air-conditioning design cooling load and all-year cooling energy consumption indexes in high-rise office building were got by arranging spare factors resort to orthogonal table and afterward simulating by DOE-2. For Harbin, Beijing and Shanghai, the statistical and estimative design cooling load indexes are 138.3 W/m2, 143.9 W/m2 and 161.4 W/m2 correspondingly; the all-year cooling energy consumption indexes are 79.5 kWh/(m2·a),114.5 kWh/(m2·a) and 134.0 kWh/(m2·a). Establishing air-conditioning systems for interior and exterior zones respectively and adopting the fresh air supply way controlled by enthalpy is the best energy saving way.
