摘　　要： 对T8A钢带用作高强度弹性零件时等温淬火与油冷淬火后的力学性能进行了比较,探讨了等温淬火的工艺参数对材料综合力学性能的影响,尤其对材料屈服强度的影响;针对具体零件,应用等温淬火工艺代替油冷淬火工艺,提高了零件的屈服强度,使零件在使用过程中的稳定性得到提高。 The compare of mechanical performance after austemper and oil quenching in high strength elasticity part of T8A metal strip was done. The effect of austemper process parameter on compositive mechanical performance was discussed,especially on bend intension.Replacin oil quenching process with austemper process, bend intension of part and stability in using are advanced.
