摘 要: 以大豆分离蛋白(SPI)为基料,分别加入可溶性淀粉和麦芽糊精 2种多糖来制备可食性复合包装膜。比较加入不同比例的复合膜的各种性能,包括机械强度,屏蔽水蒸气的能力,以及白度和透光率, 从中找出综合性能最优异的复合膜。 Soluble starch and maltodextrin were added respectively to the mixed solution of soy protein isolate, and then edible composite packaging films were made. The functions of films were tested through mechanical intension, the ability of vapor shielded, white degree, and permeation of ray. The excellent edible composite packaging films were founded out.
