摘 要: 研究了硫氰酸铵-乙基紫体系浮选分离Cu(Ⅱ)与Fe(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)等常见离子的方法及条件.当硫酸铵用量为2.0g,硫氰酸铵(0.1mol/ml)和乙基紫(1.0×10-3mol/L)溶液用量分别为1.5ml和2.0ml,总体积为10ml时,控制pH=1~4,即可实现Cu(Ⅱ)与上述离子分离. The flotation separation behaviour of copper with NH_4SO_4-NH_4SCN-E_V( ethyl violet) system and the conditions for separation of copper from other metal ions were studied. In the aqueous solution, Cu(Ⅱ) was precipitated by the reaction and the precipitate could be separated from aqueous solution by filtering. Under the optimized conditions,the completely separation of Cu(Ⅱ) from Fe(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) was realized by flotation at pH1.0~4.0.
