摘　　要： 提出了在发酵过程中采用一种基于PC机和单片机的集散控制系统(DCS).介绍了该系统的结构和功能,信号的采集与处理技术,并分析了主要过程参数的控制方案. This paper offers a dispersing control system (DCS) based on the PC and single-chip computer used in the fermentation process, introduces its constitution and functions ,and explains the signal capture and processing technique, and analyses the control schemes of the procedure parameters.
