摘　　要： 用外压管式超滤组件浓缩菠萝蛋白酶,通量为50L/m^2·h,酶截留率达95％,回收率达79.8％。最终酶粉活性为5.62×10~6u/g。 The tubular external pressure ultrafiltration modules were used for concentrating bromelin. The performance of membrance is as follows:flux,50L/m2·h;bromelin average retention ratio,95% ;re-covery 79. 8% ,and finally bromelin powder preparation activity is 5. 62×106u/g.
