摘　　要： 根据西部地区生态环境严重恶化的基本现状,分析了5年来实施退耕还林还草工程后生态系统良性循环的状态,展望了退耕还林还草工程与生态修复工程对经济发展的影响。 Based on the present situation of the serious deterioration of ecological environment in west china, the article analyzed the benign circulation state of ecological system in five years of implementing the project of returning farmlands to forests and grasslands, and looked into the influences of the project of returning farmlands to forests and grasslands and ecological restoration on economic development.
