摘 要: 对换热器系统的最优合成设计问题进行了探讨,其目的在于使当代的夹点设计试探法朝着优化数学模型的最优合成设计方向发展。首先应用线性规划方法确定夹点位置,计算最小换热单元个数,确定各个换热单元所对应物流匹配及其换热量;其次对既定网络进行了最优设计,找出最优操作参数,优选各换热器。最后,对常减压蒸馏装置的原油换热系统进行了最优合成设计。 A study has been conducted on the optimization of synthesis design with the aim of orienting the contemporary method of pinch point design to synthesis design based on optimized mathematical model. The location of pinch points is first determined by linear programming; the number of minimum heat exchange units is then calculated, and the corresponding mass flow streams and the quantity of heat exchanged thereof are determined. An optimum design of the specific network is then worked out together with the optimum operational parameters and heat exchanger optimization. Finally, the method is applied to the optimization of the synthesis design of a crude oil heat exchanger of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
