摘　　要： 吴宓研究的关注点多落于其文化本位主义的身份,反而可能误读了他一生的思想历程。而本文力图通过吴宓主持《学衡》前后的这一"典范",兼且论及陈寅恪先生与之相关的交往事宜,管窥20世纪知识分子在"传统"与"现代"、"激进"与"保守"之间的两难境地。 The researches of Wu Mi are paid attention to his own conservative principle, and it would be a mistaken perusal for all his thinking life. According to this paper, the author wants to recognize the difficult circumstance to the intelligentsia in the twentieth century between the 'tradition' and 'reality', the 'extremism' and 'conservatism'. The case is about XueHeng charged by Wu Mi and the friendship between Chen Yinque and him.
