摘 要: 采用生物测定方法,比较了上海菜区4种鳞翅目幼虫[菜青虫(Pieris rapae)、小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)、甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua)和斜纹夜蛾(Prodenia litura)]对10种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明:菜青虫对10种供试药剂均比较敏感,包括杀虫(Dimethypo)和杀螟丹(Catap);小菜蛾对定虫隆(Chlorfluazuron)、Dipel和爱力螨克(Avermectin)敏感;甜菜夜蛾仅对定虫隆(Chlorfluazuron)敏感;斜纹夜蛾则对二嗪磷(Diazinon)、喹硫磷(Quinalphos)、万灵(Lannate)、氰戊菊酯(Fenvalerate)、灭幼脲三号(Mieyouniao No.3)和定虫隆(Chlorfluazuron)比较敏感。根据以上结果提出了针对上述各种害虫不同田间发生格局应采取的用药方案。 Sensitivities of four lepidopterous pests (Pieris rapae, Plutella xylostella, Spodoptera exigua and Prodenia litura) to ten various insecticides were comparatively studied in laboratory. The test populations were collected from cabbage fields in Shanghai suburbs in September 1992, and raised in insectary to 3rd or 4th larval instar of next generations, which were used for bioassay tests. It was indicated that the imported cabbageworm was sensitive to all insecticides tested, including Cartap and Dimethypo; the diamondback moth to Chlorfluazuron, Dipel and Avermectin; the beet armyworm only to Chlorfluazuron; and the tobacco armyworm to Diazinon, Quinalphos, Lannate, Fenvalerate, Mieyouniao No. 3 and Chlorfluzuron. Efficient insecticides were suggested in relation to different population development patterns of these pests in the field.
