摘　　要： 中小企业板的设立和良好运行有利于改善我国民营经济的融资环境,同时有利于为我国的风险基金提供退出机制,是中国资本市场改革的一块试验田。针对深圳中小板市场能否取得预期的效果,能否承担起它被期望的这些任务等问题,提出深圳中小企业板制度的设计是其能否发挥其应有作用的关键,最主要应解决两方面的问题:实行全流通,降低上市条件。 The establishment and excellent operation of the minor enterprise board is beneficial to improving the financing environment of our country's private economy, and also beneficial to providing the withdrawal mechanism for our country's risk funds, and the minor enterprise board is a proving ground of the reform of Chinese capital market. In the light of the problems of whether or not Shenzhen's minor enterprise board can obtain the expected results, and undertake its expected tasks, etc., this paper points out that the key for the design of Shenzhen's minor enterprise board to play its due role is to solve the problems in two aspects: practicing the full circulation and lowering the marketing condition.
