摘　　要： 对分业经营与混业经营进行了比较,指出我国金融业现阶段尚不具备实现混业经营的条件,有效的金融监管不仅是我国金融体系内部完善的迫切要求,更是对外资金融机构进行有效规范、实施必要监管,保护国内金融体系顺利完成金融改革的前提条件。 This paper makes comparison of the divided operation and the mixed operation, and points out that in present stage the financial industry of our country does not still possess the conditions for making the mixed operation, the effective financial supervision is not only the urgent requirement for the internal perfection of our country's financial system but also the precondition of making effective normalization and carrying out necessary supervision for the foreign financial organizations and protecting the smooth financial reform of Chinese financial system.
