摘 要: 对考虑馈线自动化的用户停电损失计算进行了研究,在分析主馈线分段开关的工作机理的基础上,阐述了任意开关设置方案下考虑馈线自动化的用户停电经济损失的通用计算方法。利用文中所提出的方法比较了不同开关设置方案下的用户停电损失,分析了这些方案对用户可靠性的影响,并在考虑用户负荷点情况下对开关最优设置方案进行了决策。文中还给出了不同开关设置情况下计算用户停电损失的步骤,并以IEEE-RBTS馈线5为例对计算方法进行了有效性验证。 The calculation of customer's outage damage cost considering feeder automation is researched. On the basis of analyzing the working principle of sectionalizers of main feeder, a versatile method to calculate the customers' outage costs under arbitrary sectionalizer configuration and considering feeder automation is described in detail. Using this method and comparing the customers' outage costs under different sectionalizer configuration schemes, the influence of the sectionalizer configurations on the customers' reliability can be analyzed and the decision of optimal sectionalizer configuration scheme considering the load points of the customers can be made. The calculation procedures of the customer's outage cost under different sectionalizer configurations are given. Taking the feeder 5 of IEEE-RTBS for example, the calculation results show that the proposed calculation procedures are effective and practicable.
