摘 要: 以4 (2 吡啶偶氮) 间苯二酚(PAR)为显色剂,用光度法测定了Ga3+、In3+两种离子.实验发现,PAR与 Ga3+在pH5.5~6.5时形成桔红色络合物,λmax=505nm,在0~5.0μg·mL-1范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,表观摩尔 吸光系数ε505Ga=1.40×104L·mol-1·cm-1,桑德尔灵敏度SGa3+=0.0050mg·cm-1.In3+与PAR在pH6.0~6.5形成 桔红色络合物,λmax=505nm,在0~4.6μg·mL-1符合朗伯比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε505In=1.37×104L·mol-1·cm-1, SIn3+=0.0084mg·cm-1.pH及显色剂PAR用量对Ga3+、In3+测定影响较大. An effective spectrophotometric determination of Ga(3+) and In(3+) with 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR) has been studied. PAR and Ga(3+) can form a hyacinth complex in the range of pH 5.5 to 6.5. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range from 0 to 5.0 μg·mL(-1) at 505 nm against reagent blank.The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity of Ga(3+) are 1.4×104 L·mol(-1)·cm(-1) and 0.0050 mg·cm(-1) respectively.The similar color complex of In(3+) with PAR is formed in the range of pH 6.0 to 6.5.Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range from 0 to 4.6 μg·mL(-1) at 505 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity of In(3+) are 1.37×104 L·mol(-1)·cm(-1) and 0.0084 mg·cm(-1)respectively.The spectrophotometric determination of these metal ions with PAR is largely affected by the amount of PAR added and the acidity in the aqueous.
