摘 要: 平面度误差评定方法复杂 ,难以用传统仪器直接测量。虚拟仪器技术借助计算机的数据处理能力 ,使最小条件下平面度误差的测量评定可以简单实现。介绍借助LabVIEW软件用快速逼近法实现平面度误差最小区域法评定的一种方法 ,此方法既精确又简单实用 ,且易于实现评定平面度误差的可视化。 The flatness error is complexity,it is difficult to be directly checked with conventional instrument.The virtual instrument technology make it possible to check the flatness error in minimum condition with the PC’s powerful ability in data processing.A algorithm of least regional method for assess flatness error with fast approximating algorithm by LabVIEW software is presented,The algorithm is accurate,simple and practicable,and is easy to realize visual assess flatness error.
