摘 要: 通过对筒形件拉深时法兰变形区应力应变分析 ,利用线性化的Hill厚向异性屈服准则及各向异性理论 ,推导出筒形件拉深起皱的临界厚度的计算公式 。 In this paper, based linearization of Hill's yield criterion for normal anisotropic materials and the anisotropic theory, a calculating formula of critical thickness for the sheet wrinkling is deduced, through analyzing stress and strain in flange. Furthermore, the relationship between drawing coefficient and critical thickness is presented in the condition of different performance factors, such as hardenability value and anisotropic coefficient of metal sheet.
