摘　　要： 对卧式U型夹套设备的内简直边段及附近过渡区的稳定性进行分析 ,并总结以往设计和制造这类设备的经验教训 ,提出两种计算公式和设计方法给设计者选择 ,其中还提出了必要时加强内简刚性的具体措施。 Stability of straight margin and near transition zone at inner cylinder of horizontal U-shape sheath equipment are analyzed. Experiences and lessons on past designing and manufacturing such equipments are summarized. Two kinds of calculation formulas and design methods are expounded for designer to choose.And in case of necessary ,some details to strengthen inner cylinder's rigidity are also put forward.Two kinds of design methods are compared.
