摘　　要： 探讨了以我国"北斗卫星导航系统"为平台,对工程机械实施远程 管理的可行性,并分析了融合地理信息系统和决策支持系统实施远程管 理和调度的具体方法。 The paper discusses the feasibility of implementation of remote management for engineering machinery serving 'arctic satellite navigation system' as platform, and analyses concrete scheme of implementation of remote management and dispatch combining geographical info system and decision support system.
