摘 要: 10L容积的光生物反应器外观设计为三层框架式结构 ,螺旋管光照单元为 16个。利用此反应器对盐藻进行了连续培养试验。通过逐渐增大稀释率的方法 ,测定培养过程中生物量和 β -胡萝卜素产量的变化情况 ,最终确定此光生物反应器连续培养过程中的最适宜采收量为 1. The facade of the photobioreactor(PBR)with volume 10 liter was designed as three-layer frame,and the illumination units were increased to 16. Using the PBR,continuous cultivation of Dunaliella salina was conducted. By gradually increasing dilution rate,the biomass and yields of β-carotene were determined. The daily gathering volume which is an important operation parameter was obtained. The results indicated that 1.5L/d more or less was preferable.
