摘　　要： 广州市山水庭苑F座高层住宅楼 ,钢结构由广州市城建总公司设计 ,钢筋混凝土结构由华南理工大学建筑学院作对比设计 ,并对两种结构体系进行技术经济比较。结合国内同类工程实践 ,针对本工程 ,简述高层钢结构精心设计中的有关问题 ,供工程设计人员参考。 The structural design of a high-rise steel structure residence building (No.F) of Shan S hui Ting Yuan in Guangzhou was completed by Guangzhou Municipal Constructi o n Corporation, and the design of a reinforced concrete structure was done by the auth ors. The comparison of technology & economy between them was also given. Based on the similar engineering projects in China, this paper prese n ts a brief introduction to the relevant problems of the meticulous design of the high-rise steel structure residence building is also presented, which may be helpful to designers.
