摘 要: 用苯作萃取剂,Pb(Ⅱ)-20%的KI-2%抗坏血酸-4ml罗丹明B为显色体系,研究了茶叶中微量铅含 量的测定方法。结果表明:用3ml 6mol·L-1的磷酸作介质,1小时内,能准确测定0-0.8μg 1ml范围的铅,回收率 为99%-103%,且重现性较好。 The determination method of trace lead content in tea was studied by color system of Pb(Ⅱ)-20% KI-2% ascorbic acid-4ml rhatamine B and benzene as extractant . The result showed that the lead within 0 - 0.8μg/ ml was determined accurately with 3ml 6mol/L H3PO4 as medium in 1h·Recoveries were 99 -103% and reappearance was better.
