摘 要: A catalytical spectrophotometry method for the quantitative analysis of trace sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde in foods is proposed based on the catalytical activity of sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde in the oxidation reaction of Brilliant cresyl blue by BrO - 3 in H 2SO 4. The concentration range where the response in linear is from 5×10 -9 to 1.52×10 -5 g/mL, with a detection limit of 2×10 -9 g/mL. The suggested method was satisfactorily used to determine trace sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde in foods.
