摘　　要： 随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高 ,人们更注重自身健康。“健康是福”、“花钱买健康”的观念已深入人心。广州各房地产开发商也应大势而行 ,在楼盘开发经营中纷纷引入体育概念。因此 ,对体育概念嫁接广州楼盘这一现象和趋势进行理性的分析和思考 ,为体育概念成功嫁接广州楼盘提出一些思路与对策都具有极为重要的现实意义。 With the development of economy and improvement of living level of people,more and more people emphasize themselves their health. People have taken the idea of health being happiness and buying health with money by their heart. Guangzhous many exploiters of building take in the sports concept when they exploit the building to keep up the step of development. Therefore,rational analysis and thought on the phenomenon and trend of sports concept marrying and connecting Guangzhous building groups put forward some thoughts,and accordingly take measures about sports concept marrying and connecting building groups,successfully,all which have important realistic significance.
