摘 要: 在建立糖尿病大鼠模型的基础上,通过耐力训练、甲基吡啶铬的单因素或组合方式的治疗性干预,运用对比分析,从血液生化、糖、血乳酸代谢动力学方面观察了糖尿病代谢紊乱的不同适应性变化。糖尿病属于全身代谢性疾病,在代谢应答的整体水平分析了调控过程,整合了糖、血乳酸、激素代谢观察水平的研究结果,讨论了不同干预因素作用后,不同代谢的关系,其中特别注意结合运动医学和临床医学的相关方法与理论,探讨各种变化发生、发展可能的机理。有助于加深营养因素对糖尿病实施控制和非药物治疗的认识。 This study was designed to assess the impact of endurance training and/or chromium picolinate supplement as single or combined therapeutic interventions on different adaptive variations of metabolic turbulence of diabetes by a contrastive analysis on blood biochemistry, glucose and metabolic dynamics of blood lactic acid. Diabetes is an integrative metabolic disease. In this study, we analyzed regulative process at an integrated level, synthesized the result of studies on glucose, blood lactate acid and hormone metabolism, discussed the relationship between different metabolisms, and especially explored the possible mechanisms of the occurrence and development of kinds of variations with the approaches and theories of a combination of sports medicine and clinical medicine. This study will be favorable to an advanced understanding of the nutritional factors on the control of diabetes and non-medicinal therapy.
