摘 要: 采用高级氧化法对某炼油厂的催化汽油精制等工艺过程中产生的高浓度有机废水进行了降解研究,比较了紫外光/O3、紫外光/H2O2、紫外光/TiO2/H2O2系统的处理效果,实验表明,各种方法均能取得较好的降解效果,紫外光/TiO2/H2O2系统除油效果明显,但紫外光/O3可有效的提高废水的可生化性,更具有实用意义;在O3的用量为60mg/L时,反应时间为3h,废水中COD、油、酚、S2-去除率分别可达到77.6%,74.7%,88.8%,99.3%。 Higher oxidation methods have been used in studying the high-concentration organic waste water generated in the processes of catalysis for refining of gasoline, etc. in a refinery, with comparisons made between the results of the treatment with the systems using ultraviolet/O3, ultraviolet/H2O2, ultraviolet/TiO2/ H2O2. The results of the tests show that relatively good results of degradation can be obtained by any of the methods; the result of oil removal with ultraviolet/TiO2/ H2O2 system is obvious, while ultraviolet/O3 effectively improves the biochemical treatability of the waste water and is of more practical meaning; when the dosage of O3 is 60 mg/L and the reaction time is 3 hours, the removal rates of COD, oil, phenol and S2- in the waste water may reach 77.6%, 74.7%, 88.8% and 99.3% respectively.
