摘 要: 采用正交试验结合方差分析 ,研究羊栖菜多糖 (Sargassumfusiformepolysaccharides ,SFPS)的最佳提取工艺 ;采用GC MS分析该多糖的单糖组成。结果表明 ,羊栖菜多糖最佳提取工艺条件为 :温度 80℃ ,加水量 5 0倍 ,pH值 5 ,提取时间 5h ,按此工艺提取羊栖菜多糖产率高并且不影响其生物活性 ;该多糖主要由L 山梨糖、D 木糖、D 艾杜糖、D 甘露糖及D 半乳糖 5种单糖组成 ,摩尔比为 5 .13∶2 .15∶1.99∶1∶4 . Orthogonal experiment and variance analysis were introduced to study the optimum extraction process of Sargassum fusiform polysaccharide(SFPS). The monosaccharide composition of the SFPS was determined by GC-MS. The result indicated that the best extraction process was as follows:temperature of extracting 80℃, volume of water 50 folds, time of extracting 5 hours and pH 5. This process got high yield and kept the biological activity of polysaccharide.SFPS was mainly composed of L-sorbose、D-xylose、D-idose、D-mannose and D-galactose and their mol ratio is 5.13∶2.15∶1.99∶1∶4.35.
