摘 要: 研究了液膜不同浓度对棉花叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,液膜不同浓度均能降低棉花叶片的蒸腾速率和气孔导度;较高浓度液膜增大叶片qN值,降低叶片净光合速率;适宜浓度液膜(40~50倍)显著提高叶片水分利用效率,对净光合速率无明显影响。 Effects of liquid film of different concentrations on net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (E), stomatal conductance (Gs), chlorophyll a fluorescence induction kinetics parameters and water use efficiency of cotton leaves were analyzed. The results showed that transpiration rate and stomatic conductance of cotton leaves decreased when liquid film was used in different concentrations. High-concentration liquid film increased non-photochemical quenching (q_N) but reduced net photosynthesis rate of cotton leaves. However, reasonable-concentration liquid film (with dilute rate of 40-50) increased water use efficiency by 20.0%-37.1% and had no noticeable influence to leaf net photosynthesis rate.
