摘　　要： 采用放免法测定了不同ESR基因型青年母猪 (各 3头 )外周血液激素浓度的变化。结果表明 :4种激素浓度随着生理状况不同出现明显波动 ;3种ESR基因型雌二醇变化曲线一致 ,在发情同一时期 ,雌二醇浓度差异不显著 ;AA型和AB型孕酮变化曲线一致 ,在发情后第 7天 ,AA和AB基因型远高于BB型 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在发情初期BB基因型FSH浓度显著比AA型高 (P =0 .0 5 ) ,但是在发情后第 14天AA型与AB基因型FSH浓度比BB型高 (P =0 .0 7)。没有检测到 3种基因型青年母猪LH浓度存在显著差异。 Serum concentrations of estrogen (E2), pro ge sterone (P4), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) in the different ESR gilts were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results sho wed that 4 hormones levels fluctuated significantly according to the physiologic al conditionsof the gilts studied; the patterns of E2 of 3 different ESR genotypes were similar, and there was not significant differences in E2 concent rations of the same stage; the P4 concentrations of AA and AB gilts are signific antly larger than BB (P<0.05) at the 7 th day of the estrus.On the onse t of estrus, the serum FSH concentration was higher in BB gilts than AA gilts( P=0.05); No any other significant difference was detected.
