摘 要: The extraction technology and stability and main composition of the red-brown pigment from Ramulus Uncariae Cun Uncis were studied.The result showed that the optimal technology was water as extractant, the proportion of material and extractant 1∶20(g/ml),the extract time of 1h in 60℃ and two times.The main composition of red-brown pigment from Ramulus Uncariae Cun Uncis was determined to be hydroxyanthraquinoneglycoside and flavonoid by chromatography separation and color-test and spectrum analysis.
