摘 要: 经化学改性后的木质素磺酸钠作为水煤浆添加剂用于盘江煤制水煤浆,最高制浆浓度达到71%,浆的稳定性有明显改善。实验借助流变仪研究了浆的流变性能,并通过对吸附量和ζ电位的测定,研究了煤水分散体系界面性质对水煤浆成浆性的影响。 The modified sodium lignin sulfonate was used as additives in Panjiang coal based coal water mixture. The max density of the coal water mixture can be reached to 71 % and the stability of the mixture has been improved obviously. In the lab test, the rheological property of the mixture was studied with rheometer. In addition, the adsorptive capacity and the ζ potential were measured. The paper studied the coal water dispersing system interface influenced to the slurrability of coal water mixture.
