摘　　要： 通过对我国运动训练专业的现状与在人才培养中存凸的主要问题,以及国内外毕业生就业走向进行了分析,指出我国运动训练专业与体育教育专业在课程设置、培养模式上趋同,培养目标与市场需求还存在一定的差距,并指明我国运动训练专业的培养目标与课程设置不仅要考虑本学科建设需要,也要满足专业目标市场的需要。 Through training the specialized current situation and subject matter existing in personnel training to that our country moves,and domestic and international graduste's emplogyment has moved towards analysing,point out,train objective and market demand have certain disparity also,point out of our country sport trainspecialized train objective and course offered is it consider copies of discipline construction need to want not merely,meet demands of professional goal market too.
