摘 要: 简要介绍了半固态金属充型过程数值模拟所采用的拉格朗日方法和欧拉法 ,并对目前一些商品化软件采用的描述半固态金属充填过程的几种表观粘度数学模型做了详尽的阐述 ,此外 ,对半固态充型过程数值模拟技术的研究进展做了较详细的论述 ,认为半固态金属充型过程数值模拟技术须考虑诸如边界条件、液固相偏析等众多影响因素 ,并指出今后可从模型的建立。 The Lagrange methods and Euler methods used in the numerical simulation on filling process with semi-solid metallic materials have been summarized. Also some models of apparent viscosity used at the present have been introduced. Besides, the research development of this field has also been expatiated in details, it suggested that the simulation on the filling process with semi-solid metallic materials should take into account many factors such as boundary conditions and segregation. An attempt is then made to forecast the research direction in the future, including the creation model, the simulation of all the forming process and the simulation of all kinds of the forming technologies.
