摘 要: 针对目前工业上使用的防锈剂存在的不足 ,用松香合成了一种环保、经济、高效的水基防锈剂。松香在16 5~ 2 0 0℃下 ,与顺酐发生Diels$CAlder反应生成马来松香 ,马来松香进一步与二乙醇胺反应 ,得到黄色透明的防锈剂 ,试验证明它具有良好的水溶性和防锈性能。当松香、顺酐和二乙醇胺的投料比为 1.0 0 .8 2 .8(摩尔比 )时合成出来的防锈剂效果最佳 ;在配制防锈水时适当加入表面活性剂 (司盘 80 )能更好地发挥它们的协同作用 ,润湿剂 (甘油 )的加入可以使防锈剂具有更好的分散性 。 It is aviable and effective to develop environmental friend- ly rust preventive by use of abundant rosin in China. A new style rust preventive was synthesized by using rosin, maleic anhydride and diethanolamine as materials at temperature of 165 -200 ℃. Experimental results show the antirust has good properties of dis- persing stability and rust protection. When the ratio of reactant rosin and maleic anhydride and diethanolamine is 1.0 : 0. 8: 2. 8 in molecule, the rust inhibition of compositions is best. With adequate surfactant as span-80 in the antirust water, the inhibi- tion synergistic effect will be better. Wetting agent as glycerin may promote the antirust distributing well and get better rust re- Slstance.
