摘 要: AFL P是发展起来的一种新的 DNA分子标记技术 ,该技术原理简单 ,既具 RFL P技术的可靠性 ,又具有 RAPD技术的高效性 ,可广泛应用于植物遗传标记分析和分离植物基因等研究。本文介绍了 AFL P分子标记的基本原理和技术流程。对 AFL P分子标记在茶树领域中的应用做了综述并对其应用前景做了展望。 AFLP is a newly developed molecular marker technique, whicn marker combines the characters of RFLP and RAPD marker, It not only has the reliability of RFLP but also has the efficiency of RAPD, and it is widely applied in plant research, such as analyzing differential expression and identifying genes. The present paper intro duces its principle and technical protocol, presents its application to tea nsearch and its prospect.
